Account Suspension & Closure
9900 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:
- Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraud, misappropriation, or activities suspected to involve money laundering.
- Opening multiple accounts or providing false information during registration.
- Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or promotions through unauthorised means.
- Requests from competent authorities.
If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited without compensation. For voluntary account closures requested by the user, eligible balances will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once all conditions have been met.
Users whose accounts have been closed are not permitted to register a new account without prior written consent from 9900.
